Working world: some problems.
Young people often have to work to earn some money, but sometimes the situations are difficult and underpaid.
A good example of workers in underpaid conditions are orange pickers, who work long hours under the sun without any protection from the heat.
In these terrible conditions they earn a few euros every day.
On the other hand we have the opposite situation, like football players who earn a lot of money even if they are young.
An important difference is the way they are considered, moreover, they have a healthier lifestyle than orange pickers.
Another difference could be the fact that people who work in terrible conditions also work illegally.
They are not paid legally or regularly, and they are not protected by unions.
Also they don’t have days off, are not granted holidays or have health and safety safeguards.
This is part of our everyday life, it happens around us for example in bars and restaurants, because employers don’t want to pay too many taxes by hiring them legally.
Last but not least, young people who work for the first time should find a healthy environment , where they can grow and learn new things.
The first approach to the working world is important for their future and personal development.
Employers should be careful , they shouldn't take advantage of young people's inexperience and they should always respect the workers and the job they do.
They should always be true and sincere, they must be a reference point for when the workers need something and guide them through difficulties.
In conclusion, working is an important opportunity and a healthy and legal environment is a right that everyone should have.

Working world: alcuni dei problemi
Al giorno d’oggi i giovani devono lavorare per guadagnare un po’ di soldi, ma alle volte le situazioni di lavoro sono difficili e sottopagate.
Un buon esempio di condizioni sottopagate è quello dei raccoglitori di arance, che lavorano a lungo sotto il sole senza alcuna protezione dal caldo. In queste terribili condizioni non guadagnano che pochi euro al giorno.
D’altro canto si ha la situazione opposta per esempio nei giocatori di calcio, che guadagnano molti soldi benché siano giovani. Un'importante differenza anche nella maniera in cui sono trattati: hanno uno stile di vita molto migliore rispetto ai raccoglitori di arance.
Un’altra differenza può trovarsi nel fatto che le persone che lavorano in pessime condizioni lavorano anche illegalmente. Non vengono pagati in maniera regolare davanti alla legge, non sono tutelati dai sindacati. Allo stesso tempo non hanno giorni liberi, ferie pagate né tutela sanitaria. Questo fatto è parte della nostra vita di tutti i giorni, succede intorno a noi per esempio in bar e ristoranti, poiché i datori di lavoro non vogliono pagare troppe tasse assumendo i dipendenti legalmente.
In ultimo ma non per importanza, i giovani che lavorano per la prima volta dovrebbero trovare un ambiente sano, dove possano crescere e imparare. Il primo approccio al mondo del lavoro è importante per il loro futuro e sviluppo personale. I datori di lavoro dovrebbero prestare attenzione, non dovrebbero approfittare dell’ inesperienza dei giovani e dovrebbero sempre rispettare i lavoratori e l’impiego che svolgono. Dovrebbero sempre essere veri e sinceri, devono essere un punto di riferimento quando i lavoratori hanno bisogno di qualcosa e guidarli attraverso le difficoltà
In conclusione, lavorare è un'importante opportunità e un ambiente sano e legale è un diritto che tutti dovrebbero avere.
